Some Bands you can tell what is coming next! Buick six you could not! It was rocky, it was psychedelic, it was punk and it was funky but most of all it was fucking loud! I had not listened to any previous tracks before tonight at Neverland but i was dancing the whole set through . So much energy was getting thrown around between the band and the very enthusiastic fans, at one stage got knocked into a wall from a breakout mini-mosh. Their whole set i was trying to sum up similarities between their music an other bands, this proved fucking hard! The only real thing that came to mind was the black keys
mainly because the drummer was sporting a recent tour t-shirt and also because this small band was producing such a massive sound! Stand out tracks were
"changes" which featured some very nice finger work on one of the very tidy "
tele's" that were being traded between songs, also
" She ain't right" which i was certain was a cover but I'm most probably wrong. I am not really into their name, but this is a band to watch! JM
